Speaker: Jeff Mikels :: Passage: Romans 6-8
Ben and Deanna Powell have been part of our church for a couple of months now and have a need that we can help to meet. I’ll let Deanna put it in her own words:
We are moving apartments(from 432 to 135) this weekend. Our old apartment became bee invested due to a bee hive outside our apartment.
After a month, we are finally able to move to another apartment in our complex. We are moving the big items of our apartment this Saturday. We were wondering if you could send out an email asking if anybody with a truck could help us move the big stuff this Saturday around 10am. Any guy that is willing to help, we would really appreciate it. We have help moving the small stuff but we do need help moving the big stuff. Our phone numbers are the following: Ben (812-360-1507) and Deanna (812-360-4972). People, if they are willing to help, can just call us and we can give them directions to our apartment at Bay Pointe. Sorry for the late notice but this was thrust upon us at the last minute. We are required to have everything moved out by Monday from our old apartment. If you could send this email, we would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!! God be with you.
If you have a truck or know someone who does, they’d really appreciate the help. Come on church! Let’s get this done!
Saying good-bye can be difficult. At times we need to say good-bye to things in our life that hinder us. In this series we learned the first core principle of mastering change is that every change is a crisis, every crisis is an opportunity, and every opportunity is a gift. The second core principle is that every change is a good-bye, but there is hope in God. Pastor Jeff continues with part two of when you have to say good-bye.
